1General Provisions

bg335 ("we", "platform" or "company") is an online betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("user") and bg335.

3Account Management

3.1 Account Security

3.3 Account Balance

Your account balance is divided into two parts: cash balance (deposited funds and winnings) and bonus balance (promotional funds). Withdrawals can only be made from the cash balance, unless bonus conditions have been met.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are supported for deposits at bg335: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

• You must use your own registered mobile banking or bank account when making a deposit.
• Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly; however, some delay may occur in the case of technical issues.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement on bonus funds has been met.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• bg335 reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and the user will bear any conversion fees.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳2,000 will add a ৳3,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳5,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds.

• Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only.
• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering — please refer to the terms of each specific promotion.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The bg335 VIP program has three tiers. Tiers are advanced based on regular play and deposits:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 1.5% and priority support.

bg335 reserves the sole right to determine and change VIP tier status.

5.4 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion may come with its own separate terms and conditions.
• bg335 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or arbitrage is found, the account will be terminated and the bonus will be forfeited.
• A user may participate in a promotion only once, unless otherwise stated.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on a range of sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. Betting markets and odds may change at any time. For bets already accepted, the odds at the time of placement will apply.

• If match fixing or betting based on insider information is suspected, payouts may be withheld.

6.3 Casino Games

Live casino, slots, fishing games and other casino games each have their own rules. The rules for each game can be found in the game interface. If a game or round is left incomplete due to a technical error, bg335 may cancel that session or arrange for it to be replayed.

6.4 Disconnection

bg335 is not responsible for a game being left incomplete due to an internet disconnection. However, for incomplete rounds in live games, we will make an effort to find a resolution.

11Service Suspension & Termination

11.1 bg335's Rights

bg335 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account in the following circumstances:

• If a violation of the terms and conditions is established.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• If identity verification fails or evidence of providing false information is found.
• Upon direction from law enforcement authorities.

11.2 User's Right to Close Account

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

12Changes to Terms & Conditions

bg335 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the website. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or live chat.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. If you object to the new terms, please request to close your account.
